A Home For The Shutter

Welcome~~

It is a rainy day  and actually I am serious, it IS raining here in So Cal. My little primroses already seem to be getting bigger and brighter. It is amazing the effect natural water has on the garden. LOVING THIS.
For all of you who have been reading my blog, you know that I found a fabulous chippy, white shutter a few weeks ago and I had no idea where it was going to go. It was one of those purchases that you buy and then find the space for it. It was just too fantastic to pass up. After much deliberating and moving it from here to there, it found a home.
It is now nestled in my living room.
I love the way it looks up against my creamy walls
I think it is the perfect compliment to my chippy, blue hutch. At first, I wasn't sure if it seemed too crowded, but the more I look at it each day, the more that I love it.
What do you think????

  37. I also have beautiful shutters and window shades installed in my house. I just love how shutters improve the architecture of a house and of course, it is a good way to protect your house from the heat. Your idea is really good as well and I might find some good shutters here and use it as a decor as well.
